About Jeremy
Several sides of real estate. One clear way to think about the decision.
My career has moved through construction, lending, insurance, investing, commercial real estate, and residential representation. That range shapes the questions I ask for clients today.

The path here
Real estate has always been more than a sales transaction to me.
I was born and raised in Jacksonville, with construction and real estate woven into my family early. I began my own real estate career in commercial work before expanding into residential sales, property management, and investing.
Along the way, I worked as a contractor, mortgage loan originator and underwriter, insurance claims adjuster, marketing professional, and technology specialist. I have also participated in fix-and-flip projects, owned long-term rentals, and operated a short-term rental as an Airbnb Superhost.
Those experiences do not replace the licensed inspectors, contractors, lenders, insurance professionals, surveyors, appraisers, attorneys, and tax advisors a transaction may require. They help me identify the questions we should ask them—and keep the pieces of the decision connected.
I live and work in Northeast Florida, stay involved through my church and community, and spend much of my time outside work supporting my children in their sports and activities.
